Get in touch

If you are considering therapy and think I might be the right person to work with, I would be glad to hear from you. The best place to start is an initial consultation — a confidential, 50-minute conversation, with no obligation to continue, in which we can talk things through and decide together whether and how to proceed. You can book one directly through this website at any time.

If you have a question first, you are welcome to send a brief message using the form below, or to email me directly at info@percalepsychology.com. I aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days. If it's a group you're interested in, do let me know using the form below, and I'll be in touch about what's forming. Please note that email and this contact form are not secure or monitored continuously, so they should not be used for urgent matters or in a crisis (see below).

If you need urgent help

I am not an emergency or crisis service, and I am not able to provide urgent or out-of-hours support. If you are in crisis or concerned about your immediate safety, please contact one of the following:

  • Emergency services: call 999, or go to your nearest A&E department.

  • NHS 111: call 111 and select the mental health option, available 24 hours a day.

  • Samaritans: call 116 123, free, 24 hours a day.

  • Your GP, who can help you access urgent support.
